Schedule, Deposit, and Cancellation Policy
Deposit
A 50% deposit is required to book your appointment. This deposit is non-refundable.
Arriving to Your Appointment
Please arrive 5 minutes early to your appointment to complete your client paperwork. If you are more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, this will be considered a no show and you will need to reschedule. Please understand that such changes effect not only your practitioner, but other clients as well. If you are late for the second appointment, you will lose your deposit. In this case, you will need to make an additional deposit prior to being put back on the schedule. The balance is paid upon arrival to your appointment.
When you come to your procedure, you will have to fill out important client paperwork. If it becomes known during your arrival that you have taken mood-altering drugs or have been drinking alcohol, Beauty by Vixen will cancel your appointment. If you are taking legally prescribed medicines that alter your mood, please take them after your procedure. You need to be in a clear state of mind. No exceptions. The late policy will apply.
Reschedule Policy
We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise that could force you to reschedule your procedure. Please understand that such changes affect not only your practitioner but other clients as well. If you choose to reschedule your appointment, a minimum 72 hours advance notice is mandatory, or you will forfeit your deposit. You will need to make an additional deposit to reschedule. If you do not reschedule, please see the cancellation and no-show policies below.
Cancellation Policy
A 72-hour cancellation notice is required to cancel an appointment. If you fail to cancel your appointment prior to 72 hrs before your scheduled appointment, you will forfeit your deposit. An additional deposit and full payment in advance will be required to be placed back on the schedule.
No Show Policy
Initial Procedure
If you are a no-show for an initial procedure, you will forfeit your deposit. An additional deposit and full payment in advance will be required to be put back on the schedule.
Balance the Day of Procedure
Any outstanding balance is due the day of the procedure.
COVID-19
In the event that you may sick are exposed to someone who is sick, we encourage you to reschedule your appointment and STAY HOME! During this unprecedented time, ALL RESCHEDULING FEES WILL BE WAIVED. Last minute cancellations are encouraged to call the salon to reschedule a.s.a.p.
WE KINDLY REQUEST THAT YOU RESPECT OUR NO GUEST POLICY. ONLY THOSE WITH APPOINTMENTS ARE ALLOWED IN THE STUDIO.
Waitlist
We very rarely have cancellations or rescheduled appointments, however please speak to our concierge directly by phone if you would like to be added to the waitlist.
Existing Brow Tattoos
We are extremely selective when working over existing tattoos and other tattoo artists' work. If you have had your eyebrows previously tattooed, we request that you email us clear photos of your brows for approval (redvixen313@gmail.com) BEFORE your appointment booking for a BROW TATTOO CORRECTION. In addition to the photos in your email, please include the date of your last brow tattoo, how many sessions you received, and the business name and artist name who performed your service.
Important for All Clients
Microblading and all permanent cosmetics are considered a multiple-step appointment process. Healed results will vary with each individual client. NO guarantees will be made. Additional sessions (at an additional charge) may be required to obtain optimal desired results. Although we give our best efforts to provide you with quality service, many factors can result in a less than desired outcome as each client will heal differently. In order for your new brows to heal properly (and look their very best) please follow all Pre & Post Care Instructions! These instructions are designed to limit bleeding and skin sensitivities during the service. Excessing bleeding during the procedure can dilute and expel the pigment color and lead to poor results.
Multiple Sessions Included in Session Pricing
If your procedure includes multiple appointments/sessions included in your price, your second session must be booked 8-16 weeks after your 1st appointment. If you cancel your 2nd appointment you forfeit your included sessions. If you choose not to get your 2nd included treatment, the treatment can not be exchanged for other services of any kind.
